LGF Online

A large and diverse website for this equally large and diverse organisation - probably the biggest charity of its kind in Europe.
We designed, and constructed the site in a task based, brand compliant and accessible way. Working in consultation with the design and marketing department, we guided the orginisation through the entire process with the aid of content sorting exercises, user profiles, web statistics analysis and regular participation in web meetings.
The site redesign resulted in increased donations, delivery of more services online and also an in brand awareness. Additionally, the improved quality and interpretation of web statistics empowered the LGF to respond to client needs, allowing them to target their content effectively in order to achieve their goals.
The new standards-compliant way in which the site was built, and the implementation of our web marketing plan ensures the LGF receives great organic traffic with little financial investment. For example, LGF Online has reached position #9 for Google searches on the term "lesbian".
We're also responsible for the hosting and smooth running of LGF Online, administering the site remotely for a secure data centre. We know it's critical that a site offering support and guidance for people in crisis is working properly at all times.
